During the newborn stage waking up a few times throughout the night seems to be a small price to pay for having a happy, not-hungry, not-crying baby. But when your baby gets to 4-6 months old and they are still waking up multiple times throughout the night you may be starting to wonder if there is anything you can do to get a little more shut eye.
For some parents sleep training is something they may want to explore. Sleep training can be a controversial topic.
