ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.1.6 Organizational Knowledge describes, an organization shall determine the knowledge necessary for the operation of its processes and to achieve conformity of its products and services. An organization can upgrade the knowledge of its employees in four phases: 1. Determining the knowledge necessary, 2. Maintain knowledge 3. Evaluation of the current level of knowledge, 4. Determine the methods of acquiring new knowledge to address the changing market and technological needs and trends.
